Challenge

Both the Te Arai Links Clubhouse and Ric’s Pizza Barn are high-end, busy establishments. The calibre of service provided has led staff, members and guests to become accustomed to a superior experience. Chilltech is entrusted to ensure that our work does not impose on this service offering while fulfilling our obligations to the building code and maintaining the HVAC plant throughout.

Solution

Vigilant and forward-thinking by the Chilltech team at the design and installation stage of the HVAC plant, meant that access to the HVAC systems for maintenance inspections does not impede on either the Te Arai Links Clubhouse or Pizza Barn’s day-to-day operations. In addition, Chilltech has developed and maintained a great working relationship with facility management to ensure each maintenance is planned well in advance and potential disruptions during busy periods are minimised.

Outcome

Chilltech’s thoughtful pre-planning at the design stage, coupled with an acute understanding of our client’s business has mitigated potential disruption caused by routine compliance requirements. Our open and clear communication as we work closely with facility management has meant work is pre-planned in advance and any interruptions to routine mitigated.
