Custom Design for Newmarket Apartments

Challenge

Faced with the challenge of outdated and intrusive HVAC systems, our client sought a high-end solution. The existing systems were not only too small for the space they serviced but also included an outdoor unit on a small balcony, affecting both aesthetics and function. Adding complexity, the apartment also presented constrained ceiling space and required creative thinking to pipe the outdoor unit to the roof.

Solution

Chilltech crafted a bespoke HVAC solution that catered to the client’s desire for a subtle and efficient system with high-end grille finishes. The system was designed utilising a single pipe run to the roof and two strategically placed indoor units within the limited ceiling space. The innovative design solution ensured optimal climate control throughout.

Collaborating closely with builders, our team executed the installation while minimising disruptions to the ceiling structure and prioritising the courteous treatment of other tenants.

Outcome

With some creative thinking, our client can now enjoy ideal climate control from their new quiet and efficient HVAC system hidden away within their ceiling space. The once intrusive outdoor unit, along with its associated noise, has now been discreetly relocated to the roof. The high-end grille finishes also seamlessly integrate into the residence’s aesthetic, providing not only superior functionality but an elevated visual appeal.
