What you’ll be doing:
· Getting out and about, chatting with customers, building strong relationships, and helping grow the business.
· Driving sales and supporting the continued growth of the company – we’ve got big plans!
· Designing HVAC+R systems from plans, including load calculations and airflow requirements to ensure systems suit the property and client needs. – Ideal but we are happy to train.
· Reading and interpreting architectural, structural, mechanical, and construction drawings and specifications.
· Preparing quotes, following up with clients, and making sure everything runs smoothly.
· Completing quantity take-offs, measurements, material lists, and labour estimates for commercial and residential projects and tenders.
· Requesting and sourcing pricing from suppliers and subcontractors to achieve the best value and outcomes.
· Assisting with tender preparation and submission processes.
· Supporting the Project Manager to help see projects through to completion.
· Managing multiple tasks and deadlines while staying organised and keeping cool under pressure.

· Someone organised, proactive, and driven to grow the business.
· HVAC, electrical or construction experience? Would be Awesome!
· Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
